Craighead Diocesan School

our COMMUNITY

CRAIGHEAD CONNECT

Essentially what our true focus is, is less fundraising and more connection!

Becoming part of a new school community can be daunting for both your daughters, and as parents, we have all been there!  But there are many ways to help you settle in and make a positive impact within the school. Becoming part of Craighead Connect is one of those great ways!

Craighead Connect is a parent-led group open to any parents with daughters from Year 7-13. We have created a warm, fun and inviting committee and enjoy the connection through our roles we have within the school. From hosting our own Craighead Connect events, to purchasing new items to benefit the students whilst they are at Craighead and supporting students/staff at workshops and events are all highlights, so we offer a great variety.

CRAIGHEAD OLD GIRLS' ASSOCIATION

As a Craighead Old Girl, regardless of the years you spent at Craighead, your age or where you live in the world, Craighead will always be your place, and you will always be our people!

Connections with Craighead do not have to end when you graduate from our school. Instead your link is fostered and enhanced through the Craighead Old Girls network, an impressive Alumni of over 5,000 women of all ages, with a database that dates back to 1911. We are located all over the globe!

What does COGs Association do?

The Association helps your connections continue in many different ways on many levels through: organising Lunches, Decade Reunions, the funding of six Scholarships for current students, the annual production of our Old Girls’ Magazine – ‘Greengages’, running a Second Hand Uniform shop, organising fund raising events for specific projects at Craighead, inviting Old Girls to speak to current students for careers and more.
